Exactly one year ago, in the midst of COVID, I launched tree-annotation.org to publish TAO, a unique minimal syntax that I developed.
Today I am officially extending the scope of the project to incorporate the underlying idea: to simplify and interconnect software.
It now has a new shorter home address at xtao.org.
The syntax remains the cornerstone of the project and is forked into Jevko with a separate home at jevko.org.
Let me know if you like the new name 🌳 and the simplified website. And most importantly if you could use it in your projects. As always, any feedback is welcome.
I will soon announce a little software project which I’ve been developing, in part to support the sprouting Deno ecosystem. So stay tuned for that if you’re interested.
I will continue posting on the TAO blog and sometimes my personal blog.
If all goes well, in a few months my one-person company should be open for business again, so drop me a message if you’d be interested in working together to simplify some software.
